1. Wholesale Account

To place orders, you must register as a wholesale customer with valid GST credentials.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Minimum order: 10 meters per fabric. Bulk discounts available on orders of 100+ meters.

3. Pricing

All prices are wholesale rates and exclude GST. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions.

4. Payment Terms

New customers: 100% advance payment. Verified customers: Credit terms up to 30 days available.

5. Quality Assurance

All fabrics are quality checked. Minor variations in shade are natural and not considered defects.

6. Returns

Returns accepted only for manufacturing defects within 3 days of delivery. Contact us before shipping returns.

7. Delivery

In-stock items ship within 24 hours. Custom orders: 3-5 days processing time.

8. GST Invoices

All orders include proper GST invoices for your business records.
