1. Return Eligibility

Returns accepted only for manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable

Custom-dyed fabrics, cut pieces, and clearance items cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

Before returning:

• Contact us at info@jayambeyfabrics.com with order details
• Provide photos of the defect or damage
• Wait for return authorization

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges allowed for different fabric quality/color subject to price adjustment and availability.

5. Refund Process

Approved returns are refunded within 7-10 business days after inspection.

6. Quality Claims

Minor shade variations up to 5% are industry standard and not considered defects.
